Opening an Account

Please complete the Trade account Application page the link can be found on our Home page.

We only supply genuine Trade customers from the Catering Trade,Retailers or Interior Designers.

Confirmation of a trade account application will be confirmed provided we are able to find an on-line link to your Business.

Account and Password Security

Due to increasing daily risks to Internet security we try to keep our customers information requirements as limited and as secure as we possibly can.

If there has been no log in activity within 12 months inactive accounts are automaticaly deleted.

It’s no longer possible to have a simple name or number as a password,for added security when resetting your password we require the password to be at least seven characters long.

To make your password stronger, use upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols like! " ? $ % ^ & ).

We do not store  passwords if you loose your password please click the password reset button on the log in page.

I can’t login to the site?

Problems with a password or forgotten password ? enter your registered email address and click "forgot your password" 

In the interests of Security Accounts are valid for 12 months if there has been no login activity within this period then the account is automatically deleted.

 Re-registration will be required !

Do we ship internationally?

We ship directly to Europe but due to Increasing Problems with Courier reliability and Insurance it is no longer viable for us to ship outside of Europe.

Please forward a list of your requirements and quantities for a quote.

Enquiries from areas outside mainland U.K to include Northern Ireland,Isle of Wight,Highlands and Islands,Channel islands the isle of man and the E.U please email your requirements for a quote.

I have ordered the wrong items!

We accept returns of unwanted items please refer to our Returns page

When will I receive my Order?

Orders are normally despatched within 2-3 working days of Payment confirmation, please view our postage information page for further information

The item I want is out of stock. What now?

Please email us at info@homecookwholesale.com for a stock update.

Do you accept Returns ?

Unwanted goods may be returned within 30 working days of delivery provided they are returned at customer’s expense with original packaging and in resaleable condition.

Goods returned without the original packaging or in a Damaged or used condition will not be credited and the customer will be responsible for their return.

There will be an administration and processing charge of £10.00 on returned goods this fee will be wavered if the customer purchases other goods of the same or higher value in replacement.

Packaging

We use Clean Recycled Cartons and Packaging keeping to a minimum the amount of Plastic or foam packaging which will also be recyled.

Some customers may not be happy with the quantity of extra packaging we use this is required to meet standards to enable us to provide

Fragile ceramic goods Insurance which is not covered by standard Courier Insurance.
