  • Opening a Trade Account

    Please complete the Trade account Application in full the page link can be found on our Home page.

    Due to continuing supply problems we are only accepting applications from Bricks and Mortar and established On-line Retailers.

    We do not accept applications from online Social media or web based Selling platforms.

    Accounts are open to genuine Trade customers from the Catering Trade, Retailers or Interior Designers.

    applications that do not contain sufficient company information to check legitimacy will not be activated

     

  • Account and Password Security

    Due to increasing risks to Internet security we try to keep our customers information requirements as limited and as secure as we possibly can.

    If there has been no log in activity within 12 months inactive accounts are automatically disabled.

    For added security when resetting your password we require the password to be at least seven characters long.

    To make your password stronger, use upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols like! " ? $ % ^ & ).

    We do not store passwords if you loose your password please click the password reset button on the log in page.

  • I can’t login to the site

    Problems with a password or forgotten password ? enter your registered email address and click "forgot your password"

    In the interests of Security accounts are Active for 12 months if there has not been any login activity within this period then the account is automatically disabled.

    If you have previously been registered with us please contact us.

  • Do we ship internationally

    We do not ship Internationally but if Customers want to arrange their own Courier or shipping agent to collect

    from us then we are happy to accommodate with the information required to book their collection.

    Please contact us for up to date information before Registering this includes the E.U ,Northern Ireland and Channel Islands.

  • I have ordered the wrong items

    We accept returns of unwanted items please refer to our Shipping & Returns page

  • The item I want is out of stock.

    Please enter your email address on the item you require and you will be automatically notified once the item is back in stock

  • Do you accept Returns

    Unwanted goods may be returned within 30 days of placing your order provided they are returned at customer’s expense

    with original packaging and in resaleable condition.

    Goods returned without the original packaging or in a Damaged or used condition will not be credited.

    There will be an administration and processing charge on returned goods.

    This fee will be wavered if the customer purchases other goods of the same or higher value in replacement Prior to returning their unwanted goods.

  • Packaging

    We use Clean Recycled Cartons and Packaging keeping to a minimum the amount of Plastic or foam packaging which will also be recycled, extra packaging used is required to meet standards to enable us to provide Fragile Ceramic goods Insurance which is not covered by standard Courier Insurance.

  • When will my order be Delivered

    We cannot give Guaranteed Delivery times or dates as Couriers are busy with ever increasing demand for their services

    The customer will be advised of despatch as soon as the order is collected from us and a tracking code will be sent via e-mail.

    In general couriers do deliver with 2 working days but there are times when this may take longer.

  • Minimum order requirements.

    Our Minimum order requirement is £150.00 net value, orders over £300.000 are carriage free.

    Due to rising shipping and administration costs we have had to introduce this minimum order requirement

    in order to make orders under £300.00 viable for us.

  • Payment Problems

    Due to Increasing Risks of Cyber attacks and Fraud we do encourage payments to be made by Bank Transfer for customers and our own security.

    If you do have issues with card payments this in general will be because of regular updates by Merchants to safeguard security for us and our customers which is why our preferred method of payment is Bank Transfer.
