Minimum Order Requirement is £150.00 net,Carriage Free order requirement is £400.00 net,orders under this value charged at £25.00 net


If you have requested the Courier to leave goods outside or at a neighbouring property than any claims for Damages,shortages or loss

will become invalid under both the Couriers Terms of carriage and our own Fragile Goods in transit insurance.

Prior Notification of despatch will be sent by email or text.

International shipment

We only ship Internationally outside of U.K mainland if the customer is prepared to arrange their own collection from us.

Please email us before placing the order some destinations may not be possible.


Loss Damages or product shortages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving delivery.

Photographic evidence of damage must be produced within 7 day of delivery to include internal and external packaging.

After this period we are unable to accept any claims for damages through our Fragile Insurance Cover.


Unwanted goods may be returned by the customers at their own expense within 30 working days of purchase in a resalable condition to include the original packaging and Labels.

Goods returned without original packaging or in a used or damaged condition will not be refunded.

We will not accept returns or responsibility for goods returned without prior notice or left at a neighbouring address by a courier.

There will be an administration and Restocking charge of 25% on returned goods.

This fee will be wavered if the customer purchases other goods of the same or of a higher value in replacement before the goods are returned.


We provide email notification of despatch,in the rare event of cartons being returned to us because of a failed delivery by the courier there will be a £10.00 plus v.a.t repackaging and return charge plus additional costs in resending the consignment.

Due to the unreliability of the Courier industry customers are advised to check the tracking information provided and let us know as soon as possible if they have not received a full or only partcial delivery within 3 working days of the despatch date.
