Orders are despatched Monday to Thursday and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed

Please keep this in mind when planning your orders



Due to Courier workloads we are experiencing delays with both Collections and Deliveries

we will keep customers updated and advise as soon as orders are despatched it is strongly

advised that customers keep check on their tracking and if they have not received the delivery

or only a partial delivery within 4 days of despatch please advise us Immediately.



Minimum Order Requirement is £150.00 net,Carriage Free order requirement is £300.00 net,orders under this value charged at £20.00 net

E.U and Worldwide

We do not ship Internationally but we are happy for customers to make their own arrangements for collection through couriers or shipping agents Our minimum order requirement is £250.00 net.

If you have requested for goods to be left outside or at a neighbouring property

any Claims for Damages or loss will become invalid under the Terms of our Fragile Carriage insurance.

Prior Notification of despatch will be sent by email or text.



In the rare event of Loss or Damages or product shortages must be reported to us within 7 Days of receiving delivery

so that we can make a claim after this period we are unable to make any claim for damages through our Fragile Insurance Cover.

Photographic evidence of damages to include the internal and external packaging is required to complete the claim

this must be produced no later than 5 days after the delivery and should be sent to



Unwanted goods may be returned at the customers expense within 30 working days of purchase

in a resalable condition to include the original packaging and Labels.

Goods returned without original packaging or in a used or damaged condition will not be refunded.

We will not accept returns or responsibility for goods returned without prior notice or left at a

neighbouring address by a courier.

There will be an administration and Restocking charge of 25% on returned goods.

This fee will be wavered if the customer purchases other goods of the same or of a higher value in replacement before the goods are returned.



We provide email notification of despatch for all consignments in the rare event of Cartons being returned to us because of failed delivery attempts by the courier there will be a Repackaging and Return charge of £10.00 plus v.a.t  plus additional carriage costs to resend the order. we do encourage customers to check the tracking information provided and advise us as soon as possible if they have any issues with the delivery or the delivery has not been made within 3 working days of the despached date.
