Orders will be despatched Monday to Thursday and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed

Carriage Free order is £250.00 net, orders under this value charged at £17.00 net
Consignments will only be delivered to the stated Delivery address.
If you have requested for goods to be left outside or at a neighbouring property
then any coverage for Loss or damage will become invalid under the Terms of our Carriage insurance.
Prior Notification of despatch will be sent by email or text.
In the rare event of Loss or Damages or product shortages they must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving delivery.
After this period we are unable to make any claim for damages or loss through our Fragile Insurance Cover.
Photographic evidence of damages including the internal and external packaging is required to complete the claim
and must be produced no later than 5 days after the delivery and should be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Unwanted goods may be returned by the customer within Thirty working days of purchase
provided they are returned at customers expense to include the original packaging and Labels in a resaleable condition.
Goods returned without original packaging or in a used or damaged condition will not be refunded.
We reserve the right not to accept returns without prior written notice.
There will be an administration and processing charge of 25% on returned goods.
This fee will be wavered if the customer purchases other goods of the same or of a higher value in replacement.
Cartons returned to us because of failed delivery attempts by the courier are subject to a £10.00 Return charge
plus additional carriage costs to resend the order.
