U.K Carriage free order is £200.00 net, orders under this value charged at £11.50 net.

Destinations outside of the U.K Mainland Order requirements are £200.00 net plus carriage costs

Please forward a list of your requirements and quantities for a quote for orders delivered outside of the U.k Mainland.

 

DELIVERY INFORMATION

We try to Despatch A.S.A.P or at least within Five working days of payment confirmation,during busy periods or Bank holidays this may not always be possible but we will keep customers informed if we have longer delays.

Orders are Despatched on a Next Day delivery service from date of despatch this service is not guaranteed and is down to the reliability of the courier.

Consignments will only be delivered to the stated Delivery address where a signature will be required, consignments will not be left without a signature or at neigbouring property if you have made such arrangements with the Courier then any coverage for Loss or damage will become invalid.

Prior Notification of delivery will be sent by us and the courier either by email or text.

 LOSS,DAMAGES OR PRODUCT SHORTAGES

In the rare event of Loss or Damages or product shortages they must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving delivery after this period we are unable to make any claim for damages or loss with the courier or through our Fragile Insurance Cover.

Photographic evidence of damages including the internal and external packaging will be required to complete the claim and must be produced no later than Five days after the delivery and should be sent to info@homecookwholesale.com.

CUSTOMER RETURNS

Unwanted goods may be returned within Thirty working days of purchase provided they are returned at customer’s expense with original packaging and Labels in resaleable condition.

Goods returned without original packaging or in a used or damaged condition will not be credited.

There will be an administration and processing charge of £10.00 on returned goods this fee will be wavered if the customer purchases other goods of the same or higher value in replacement.

COURIER RETURNS

Cartons returned to us because of failed delivery attempts by the courier are subject to a £10.00 Return charge plus additional carriage costs to resend the order,
